Instructions
- Fill in the Online Registration form below.
- Click the Submit Button at the end of the form. This will hold a spot for you on the dates requested (if available).
- Print out and fill in the Conditions & Agreement and Waiver forms.
- Enter credit card information OR attach cheque to the Conditions & Agreement form.
- Mail both the Conditions & Agreement and Waiver forms to the address below:

Your application will be processed upon receiving:
- The OnLine Registration information
- The signed Conditions & Agreement and Waiver forms
